For Detailed procession of Cold/ Hot therapy:
1. Firstly, Turn the cap counter-clockwise.
2. Secondly, Fill the ice bag two-thirds with some cold water, icy water, crushed ice, or ice cubes as Cold bag. Pour in two-thirds warm water (do not exceed 60℃) as Hot therapy bag. 3. Thirdly, Turn the cap clockwise till it is secured.
4. Then, Turn the bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakage.
5. At last, Put the ice pack onto the area, which your pain come from. (without too much Broken skin and bleeding)
Special Cautions:
1. Do not put or keep the ice bag in Freezer/ Refrigerator longer than 20 minutes.
2. The ice pack is not a toy, Keep the bag away from children.
3.Do not put the bag in micro-wave oven.
4.For chronic injuries, especially degenerative injuries due to exertion, such as lumbar muscle strain, frozen shoulder, etc., choose hot compresses as appropriate.
