This is a product that has no uinque competitors alike. It ‘a little’ weird to get used to how to properly use the initial heat-up that has a higher temperature than the temperature set to run more than 9 degrees F. Once that is in a constant temperature on slopes stabilized at around 4 degrees F. You must be very careful to set the temperature in an environment that will not result in burning the skin during the initial temperature in running or, for precaution, it is not placed on my shoulders until the temperature has stabilized under the digital display.
