This was the best gift I ever bought my husband. Loves him and I also have heat in the microwave for a minimum of 1 / 2 and feels sooooo good! The shoulders and back just melt, the aroma smells good. We recommend to all our friends.
I am pleased with the backpack. I find it easy to use and very effective to relieve back pain. I highly recommend it.
