Valeo Body Ball Review
This was big enough to use as a chair, but I went back to the standard office chair after the novelty wore off. I use this mostly to just bend backwards and chill out. The pump that came with it was easy to use, but I think I read others had problems. Not sure why. It’s a good size (I’m 5′ 8″) and I wouldn’t want a smaller one. How much can you say about a ball? It deflates for storage. Can be rolled out of way for those that don’t want to lift it. If you drop it, it won’t break. Oh well, don’t take my word for it. Read yet another review about a ball to be sure.

My son suffered a brain injury and requires ongoing therapy, alot of which we do at home. An average therapy ball cost upward of $70. This exercise ball fit the bill at a fraction of the cost. We use it for stretchings, balance work, weight bearing, and simple play. A welcome find. Child is 3′ 4″, 48lbs. Works great as a therapy ball for his size and weight. Can not vouche for its intended use as an exercise ball for an adult, as I have not employed it in that fashion, though I can say it has held me and my child in a seated bounce (approx. 225lbs).

The Valeo exercise ball is a great buy. Priced better than the stores. I use it daily in my weight training exercises. Great for sit ups. At 75 cm it is almost too big. At 5′ 10 I believe I will buy another one 55cm and a small one for situps and leg raises. The big one is great for squats against the wall or dumbell presses. The ball keeps your back straight and helps maintain balance.

Valeo HW5 5-Pound Review
I have used my 5 lb weights for several months now and they are wonderful. The texture of these weights makes them very easy to grip and the blue color is pretty too. These are my second set of Valeo weights I have owned and I would highly recommend them to my fellow Jazzers and anyone looking for a nice set of weights that won’t break your wallet. (The pink three lb weights I had previously were nice too just not challenging enough for this die hard Jazzercise nut)

I bought these and the 3 pound weights from the same company. They are very comfortable to hold. The weight is distributed managably, and they included a poster to show the many different exercises that can be done with the weights (rather than simply lifting them). I’m very impressed, and will likely buy a higher weight once I get to that level.

I’m using the purple 3-pound hand weights right now and can’t wait to graduate to these pretty blue 5-pounders when I go out on my walks. I’m just not there quite yet. But I have used these for stationary arm exercises and these are great! Easy to hold on to. Good little fold-out directions with picture instructions of some good arm-toning exercises come with all sets of the Valeo Neoprene Hand Weights. Nice touch!
